Organizational Structures

To carry out the management function, under the project DISCOVER NE was created organizational structures which will fulfill the activities due to this function.

For carrying out the daily planning and coordination of the activities of the project, and the financial and administrative organization of the project, the project coordinator (NE RDA) has set up a Management Unit (MU).

A further function of MU is giving advice and providing information to the Steering Committee (SC) created under the project. The Steering Committee has the supervision task and the role to oversee the whole process and the preparation of the grounds for integrating its results into the regional mainstream policy.

The development task is for the Reference Panel (RP), created as a technical body which will contribute to the identification of objectives, measures and recommendations which will be included in the regional innovative strategy.
